Before committing to CGI,
Steven Spielberg commissioned stop-motion test animation from
Phil Tippett (or rather, the "
go-motion" process Tippett pioneered). Here is Tippett's rendition of the
T-Rex paddock attack.
Jurassic Park opened 20 years ago today.
